This policy applies only to merchandise purchased through our online store. It does not apply to tattoos, piercings, or any services performed at Loyalty Tattoo Kailua.

Returns & Refunds – Loyalty Tattoo Kailua Merchandise

All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our third-party print partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or color preferences. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

We’ll work with Printful to issue a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Do Not Return Items to Our Studio

All merchandise is printed and shipped from Printful’s fulfillment centers. Returns sent to our tattoo studio will not be accepted or processed. If a return is necessary, we will provide the correct return address via email.
